How to get your service hours

Step 1: Complete your project.

Step 2: Fill out our Community Service Hours Request form at the bottom of this page. You'll choose how to send us your school's volunteer form:

  • Mail it inside your donation package (must include a self addressed stamped envelope)

  • Upload it directly in the form

  • No form from your school? Choose the letter option, and we'll email you an official letter stating your hours and the project you completed.

Step 3: We verify and sign. Once your donation arrives, we'll confirm your hours and send back your signed form or letter.

Important Things to Know

Plan ahead! We need up to 2 weeks to sign off on your project. Procrastination can be your biggest obstacle in life! *NO EXCEPTIONS

Mailing your donation? If sending USPS, we recommend Priority Mail with tracking. Mail service is VERY unpredictable, and we cannot guarantee hours without proof of volunteering.

Please do not come to our office without an appointment. Our office hours vary daily. Call 401-619-4333 to schedule a time (calls are returned Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays). Exception: donations can be dropped in our drop box at any time, but to have hours signed in person, you need an appointment.
