Every child deserves to be celebrated — no matter where they spend their birthday. When you Sponsor a Hospital through The Confetti Foundation, you’re doing more than funding party supplies… you’re bringing hope, happiness, and laughter to children celebrating inside hospital walls.
With a $3,500 donation, you can take a hospital off our waiting list and sponsor them for an entire year of birthday celebrations — up to 60 birthday boxes filled with decorations, games, and surprises that turn hospital rooms into moments of pure joy!

1️⃣ Choose Your Hospital
We’ll share our list of hospitals currently waiting to join The Confetti Foundation program. You’ll select the one that means the most to you — maybe your local children’s hospital or one that has touched your family’s life. *If your hospital of choice is NOT on our list, we will make every effort to reach out the the Child Life Services department of that hospital to let them know about our program
2️⃣ Start a Fundraiser

3️⃣ Get Birthday Boxes Shipped to You
Once your hospital is sponsored, we’ll send you the fully packed birthday boxes — 10 boxes every two months for one full year! Each box includes everything needed for a hospital birthday celebration. *want to go the extra mile? Secure gift (toys, gift cards, craft supplies) donations from friends and family to accompany the birthday boxes, so your hospital has gifts on hand!
4️⃣ Deliver the Magic
You’ll hand-deliver your boxes to your sponsored hospital, connecting your community directly with the families and staff who will use them to celebrate. Your donation and dedication will keep the birthdays going all year long!

🎂 60 Birthday Boxes (10 every two months) — enough to celebrate 60 children at your sponsored hospital.
💌 Recognition and Connection: We’ll notify your sponsored hospital that you made their celebrations possible and connect you to arrange drop-offs.
