Every child deserves to feel celebrated and to have a story that sparks their imagination! By hosting a book drive for The Confetti Foundation, you can help bring moments of happiness, comfort, and creativity to hospitalized children on their birthdays.

Why Books Matter

Each Confetti Foundation birthday box includes a new age-appropriate book! Books inspire imagination, provide comfort, and offer a joyful escape for children spending their special day in the hospital. Your donation helps us ensure that every child receives something meaningful to enjoy long after the party ends.

How It Works

Hosting a book drive is simple and impactful. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Collect at least 10 brand new books.
    Choose age-appropriate picture books, storybooks, chapter books, and activity books. (We provide for children aged 1-18 years old) All books must be new to protect the health and safety of hospitalized children.

  2. Host your drive anywhere!
    You can organize your book drive at your school, workplace, or community center…anywhere friends and families gather to give back! Prefer to start an Amazon Wishlist? Be sure to have books sent directly to us. Use our Book Wish Lists for inspiration.

  3. Ship your books to our headquarters.
    Send all collected books to: (reminder: these MUST be NEW books)

  4. Earn 10 volunteer hours!
    Once your book drive is complete, we’ll gladly sign off on your community service form. Simply include your filled-out volunteer form and a self-addressed stamped envelope with your shipment. Or send it via email to hello@confettifoundation.org
